The Short Version

Diep helps founders articulate their product's soul through AI-guided conversation. We collect what's necessary to provide the service, protect your session content, and never sell your data. Your product ideas remain yours.

What We Collect

Account Information

• Email address (for authentication and document delivery)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)

Session Content

• Your responses during the Soul Builder session
• Generated soul documents (SOUL.md, BOUNDARIES.md, etc.)
• Session metadata (duration, completion status)

Your session content is stored securely and only used to generate your documents and improve the session experience.

AI Processing & Data Protection

Your session conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses and create your soul documents.

How We Protect Your Data

• PII Stripping: Before sending data to Claude, we automatically remove personal identifiers like email addresses and phone numbers
• No AI Training: Your session content is never used to train AI models
• Secure Processing: All data is transmitted over encrypted connections
• Limited Retention: Anthropic does not retain your data beyond processing the request

What We Never Do

• Sell your data to third parties
• Use your product ideas for our own purposes
• Share your session content with other users
• Train AI models on your conversations

Third-Party Services

We use trusted services to provide Diep:

• Clerk — Authentication (secure sign-in)
• Stripe — Payment processing (we never see your full card number)
• Vercel — Hosting infrastructure
• Supabase — Database (session storage)
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing for conversations and document generation

We only share the minimum data necessary with each service to provide functionality.

Your Data Controls

Access Your Data

Your generated documents are delivered to your email. You can request a copy of your session transcript at any time.

Delete Your Data

Email privacy@immanence.inc to request complete deletion of your account and session data.

Data Retention

• Session transcripts: Retained for 1 year, then automatically deleted
• Generated documents: Retained indefinitely (your deliverables)
• Payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and secure authentication. Access to user data is limited to essential personnel only.
